Wells Fargo Health Advantage®
Wells Fargo Health Advantage® offers both deferred-interest and fixed payment plans. The details are below:
- Deferred-interest plan – 9.99% APR
- Interest-free for 6 or 12 months for purchases over $500
- Interest-free for 18 months for purchases over $1,000
- Fixed payment plan – 9.99% APR
- Interest-free for 24, 36 or 48 months for purchases over $500
CareCredit®
CareCredit® offers both a deferred-interest and an extended payment plan. The specifics of each plan is below:
- Deferred-interest plan – 26.99% APR
- Interest-free for 6, 12, 18 or 24 months for purchases over $200
- Extended payment plan – 14.9% APR
- Interest-free for 24, 36 or 48 months for purchases over $1,000
- Interest-free for 60 months for purchases over $2,500
